每年從3月中至9月中 韓國最合時的水果是蘋果芒 我們每天在韓國各地果園選出 最大最清甜最優秀的蘋果芒以配合我們這款蛋糕 蛋糕外層水晶果凍 是荔枝洒做成 在製作過程中酒精已經揮發 如下的只有荔枝的味道  果凍之內更多達八種水果 蛋糕中間部份便是我們甜而不膩 的cream cheesecake 而且 這款蛋糕 更可 藏下 I ❤️ U 字句左蛋糕之內 讓你的愛人在切蛋糕時享有一份獨特的驚喜

From March to September, the most seasonal fruit in Korea is apple mango . We collect the biggest, sweetest, and the best mangoes from Korean local farms everyday. 

The outer of the cake was made from lychee wine. The alcohol has evaporated during the production process, so all is left is the rich taste of lychee. There are as many as eight fruits inside the jelly. Inside, is our signature cream cheese cake. AND! We can hide the I ❤️ U message inside the cake, which you could see once you cut it open from any directions! A great surprise to the one you love.

매년 3월중순부터 9월중순까지 애플망고의 계절입니다. 저희 메피스토페이스트리는 매일 한국내 각 지역의 과수원에서 GAP를 거친 과일들만 엄선하여 제작합니다. 케익의 겉면 투명하게 보이는 젤리는 리치로 담군 술로 만들었습니다. 제작과정을 거치며 자연스럽게 알콜성분은 없어지고 은은한 리치향을 만끽하실 수 있습니다. 설탕을 극 소량만 첨가하기 때문에 어린이들도 안심하고 드실 수 있습니다. 케익의 중간 속안에는 크림치즈가 들어있습니다.
